"Horrible experience!! I wanted to find a lash tech closer to me so I tried this place. Well first, I got there on time for my appointment but the lash tech (Charlie) took 20 minutes to get started because she was too busy buying perfume from the perfume man in the shop. It was extremely unprofessional. I also added what I wanted in the scheduling system (cateye, hybrid, 10-12,14), because I don’t like long lashes. She didn’t confirm or anything just started working on my lashes, so I assumed she saw it. When I got done they were long, thick, and ugly, I’m sorry they were not cute, they were also gappy and looked like I had them in for about a week. I asked her didn’t she look at my appt in what I believe was a required field to fill out if I remember correctly, she simply said no it didn’t come through, but why would you just start working on someone without asking them what they wanted?? I just paid and took the L because I knew it wasn’t going to get resolved with her, she clearly didn’t care that she did something I didn’t want. I took them out as soon as I got home. The staff is unprofessional. I really try to support black businesses, but not like this."

"I recently had the most amazing experience at Level 10 beauty bar Smyrna. When I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The technician, Kaidi, who worked on my lashes, was incredibly skilled and attentive to detail. Not only did she enhance my natural lashes beautifully, but she also took the time to educate me on how to maintain them properly. I left feeling confident and completely satisfied with my new lashes. I highly recommend the technician Kaidi at that location to anyone looking for professional and exceptional eyelash services."

"Do not go here unless you like wasting your money. I paid for a volume service for one of their deals. I wanted to support a black owned business and chose an appointment with the owner assuming my lashes would turn out amazing with great quality for my vacation. Boy was I wrong. I showed up on time and was seated 30 minutes late. Once started the owner took several breaks and was on her phone showing things on Instagram pages to her coworker. Not sure how sanitary that is to touch a phone that’s more than likely not sanitized and then go back to touching my eyes. Once finally done, I had looked in the mirror and one of the lashes on my corner were falling off and I had to ask for it to be fixed. Bad sign already. Well when I go home and wake up the next morning CLUMPS of my lashes had fallen out. I tried to contact them via phone and their phone was off. I had to contact another location to get in touch so I could get my lashes fixed before my vacation started in two days. This also caused me to waste gas, another worker fixed my lash. Well what is advertised as their lashes lasting two-three weeks, my lashes barely lasted a week on vacation. Keep in mind my vacation was a city vacation and not the beach. Once I got back from out the country two weeks later I contacted them and the customer service was horrible. The office manager said to me” well what do you want us to do” rudely and I said I would take a partial refund since my lashes didn’t last the length as stated in your policies. Well she refused to give me a refund nor apologize and tried to blame my eye balls saying I probably had runny eyes and that’s why they didn’t last. All just wrong and unprofessional. So save your time and money and go somewhere else."
