"Poor customer service. There was signs for buy one get one 40% off all nyx products and it didn’t show up at the register. I notified the cashier and she got her manager and I showed the manager a picture of the sign and she told me it was past the window of the promotion. No problem with that, however how hard is it to adjust the price for the one time to accommodate the customer? Then the manager made some comment like “you were almost there though” ??? I’m convinced people get these jobs just to have an opportunity to be sassy and tell people no rather than actually help the customer. Cashier Jessica was sweet though."

"The staff was extremely helpful to helping me find what I needed. They made actual good recommendations based on my needs, not just the most expensive products. Clean and well run store."

"Very disappointed with the stylist that did my highlights today, Stephanie. She told me that the final price was $176 and I asked again to be sure and she repeated $176, I agreed. After she was done she said because my hair was long and took more time the price would be $282, as she hasn’t seen my hair before. Very disrespectful, since I asked twice. End up paying $240. Never coming back. She’s so unprofessional."

"Keke and Ruthie are two stylists that I would like to recognize at Ulta Salon, 2540 Cumberland Blvd SE, Smyrna, GA 30080. These ladies are Master Stylists creating the latest hair styling trends, giving precision haircuts, excellence in hair colors, and great signature looks. They are always smiling and engaging with their customers. I’ve enjoyed every visit since coming here over the past 3 years. You cannot go wrong when booking an appointment with either one. Emma, the salon manager is involved with booking and scheduling client services. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. My hair always looks amazing when I leave the salon. The salon does offer other services as well. Salons can be great and inviting but truly what makes a salon is the people and this Ulta location has 5 stars all the way around in my book."

"Emma is the manager she has a nasty attitude don’t go here if you want any customer service. I went here to go to the happy return bar which has its own line. she told me to get in the long Ulta customer line while there’s workers just standing around. Then she gave me wrong information told me I needed a specific QR code that didn’t even exist so it took me way longer to process my return I had to figure it out on my own. Very rude and unprofessional with a chip on her shoulder it seems."
