"I utilized Helping Hands Moving Service this weekend and the service I received was definitely 5 star plus. These guys were Friendly, Knowledgeable, Efficient and an added Bonus lots of fun to work with. I have used other services in the past and this by far was the best experience...hands down. They loaded everything we discussed within the agreed upon time-frame and even let me know that I hadn't used all my time and offered to load other items. None of my items were scratched or damaged and they gave me a little interior decorating advice...which was perfect. If I ever have to move again, I will without a doubt use Helping Hands and I HIGHLY recommend ANYONE reading this review to use them as well....you will never want to use anyone else."

"I can't say enough good things about the team of John and Ray. They were professional, courteous, and very pleasant. They fulfilled our every request cheerfully. They are especially to be commended for working so hard in this awful heat. They never lagged or dawdled. Moving is never pleasant under any circumstances, but John and Ray made it bearable. Great job, guys!"

"I DO NOT recommend. Instead of Helping Hands, they should be called Sticky Hands. Two guys came to my apt. to pick up a washer/dryer set and deliver to my sister and left with MY pliers! I called and talked to Mark twice to get it resolved. He confirmed the guy had them and that they would be returned and they haven't. It’s been 3 days now and I’m no longer in the state. Not only did they take my freaking pliers but they dented up and damaged a beautiful Maytag washer and dryer set upon delivery to my sister! Extremely dissatisfied with their inability to resolve simple situations and their poor delivery services. I would give zero stars if I could. Screenshot attached shows the damage to the dryer. If I have the picture of the dent to the washer machine I would post it. Hopefully my sister will. ******************************************************* In response to the reply on 7/5 by the owner of Helping Hands: Correction – The washer and dryer set WAS in perfect condition before YOU picked it up and it was SOLD NOT given away. If it was so simple there shouldn’t have been any problems returning the pliers as agreed. All I wanted was my stuff back and I asked the “what if” question because I was moving out of state. No one called or reached out to me and you didn’t return anything. Instead of using that negative energy to write nasty replies on Google, you should have returned my stuff and delivered the set in the condition in which you picked it up. Consider yourself blessed and blocked."
