"Precious gift shop however owner, Libba, is extremely unfriendly and cold. Unless you have a membership at “the club” or have children that go to Brookstone, she doesn’t greet you or engage at all. Disappointing. Needs to do better about being inviting to ALL customers, not just the ones in her bubble. Xx."
