"This company sells empty promises and horrible products. You'll be sold that the carpet is able to be cleaned easily and if its not then he will come out and replace it at no charge and no hassle. Well BULL... He ignores you, won't respond, then he will say oh I need to come look at it then never does. Avoid this company!"

"I purchased my carpet in December 2019. I was not disappointed at the time. I was “sold a guarantee” that the carpet would not stain and I could used bleach and water to clean it. (Spots not the entire room on my hands and knThe bleach and water part is true...But I had it professional cleaned and the stains never really disappeared. They were lightened but were still there. I contacted Buford flooring about this, after a period of time they responded wanting pictures. I sent them. Then after another period of time I was messaged and said that I was to clean it with the half bleach and half water. I told them I knew that but I’m not cleaning the whole room on my hands and knees. I told them I had had it professionally cleaned and it is stained. They said they needed to look at the flooring and could turn it into the manufacturer possibly. I said ok. Crickets. Nothing. Be careful with what you are “sold”. I won’t be buying anything else from here."

"I chose Buford flooring to install both hardwood flooring and carpet in my home after getting quotes and researching several vendors including Lowe’s and Home Depot. Buford Flooring offered the best value and a decent selection of product. The hardwood flooring installation crew were true craftsman and the results were superb. They moved all of the furniture as needed and very respectful of my things being very careful not to damage anything and restore the furniture in its original place . The carpeting crew was less so (hence the reason for 4 stars and not 5). Nonetheless they did a good job on the carpet installation. I would recommend Buford Flooring over other vendors any day."
