"Worst Lowe’s. Sorry. Dude with pony tail in the Pro section clearly did not want to help me figure out my trex rail issue that I purchase through Lowe’s. I bought at a different location so he wasn’t sure if they could help. Needed 5 mins to do work on his computer. I need 2 mins to just look at my last order and just answer a couple of questions so I know why my posts and sleeves don’t match. It’s 2pm on Wednesday and not even busy. I’m driving to Suwannee just to get direct attention and decent service now. Mean while I have people on my deck waiting for me to call and tell them what to do."

"Worst customer service ever. Needed help with something on the second shelf and I saw a worker busy working in another isle and ask her for help but she called someone else on the intercom to come help me. Waited 30min and no one showed up. I just left and went to home Depot where service is a whole lot better. This was the second time I experienced this at this Lowe's. Will never go there again. Home Depot got 1000% better customer service. Lowe's say "customer service is their number one priority". Certainly not at this store. What a joke."

From making sure I knew how to operate the device I was renting, carrying it out and loading it into my car, and great conversation; Sam really helped kick my project into action. While I didn't catch the name of the gentleman that I dropped my tool off with, he was just as delightful and a huge contributor to making this whole experience pleasant."
