"We have been working with Max on our master bath addition, and he’s been amazing! He’s helped us through several rounds of sample orders and given us excellent advice on matching things. Today he helped us confirm all the detailed measurements and created a detailed order of everything we’ll need, including mortar, grout, caulk, etc. He helped us choose the trim and grout colors that will work best, even for the tile we’ll be getting from another store. He’s been so accommodating and kind to help us with our questions, even offering to come in on his day off to help us (which we did not take him up on). It’s been such a wonderful experience working with a professional like Max - highly recommend him and this store to anyone who needs help with a tile project!"
