"Maybe today was just a bad day for Just Tops but the 2 interactions we had really stunk. We were referred to Just Tops by LL Flooring. I called mid morning today to ask if they performed the service LL Flooring said they did. The person sounded disinterested in my business and I couldn’t get him to tell me when they closed. Store hours say they close at 4:30 but he said he didn’t know what time they would close. My wife drove there mid afternoon and called to see if they were going to be open. A lady put my wife on hold for over 5 minutes. By this time my wife walked in the door as the lady got back to her on the phone and rudely asked where she was. She said I’m walking in. The lady rudely asked (sounded annoyed my wife was there) what my wife needed. When my wife told her what we were looking for the lady nastily said no one was there who could help her. By this time my wife had enough of her rude and nasty tone and told her we would go elsewhere. We will never give them business and will never refer them to anyone."

"We had our kitchen and master bathroom cabinets designed by Just Tops. While the quality of the cabinets is outstanding the service was disappointing. Cabinets were missing, wrong cabinets ordered, measurements taken incorrectly. Just Tops corrected the problems yet I expected more for the price we paid."
