"FIRED FOR HAVING A MILITARY DISABILITY………..!!!!!!!!! After getting out the military in the beginning of Covid-19 I was in a financial crisis I applied to work here got the job but I was fired three months later for having a MILITARY DISABILITY…….!!!!!!!!!!! I started working here as a quality Control specialist in February. When I came on I was told in the interview that the Norcross facility was failing state requirements under inspections so I took that personal and changed that so the the company will be in compliance with state regulations. Around June I was told I would be let go because they realized I had a military disability rating…. Even tho I had opted in as a self identified disabled veteran in the company website and application process. My disability did not affect my work performance nor my attendance. I have been seeking legal help. I have text messages stating my work and attendance was nothing but professional and complete. Please help what can I do….."
