"This place is awesome. I bought floor tile and the selection is HUGE. The employees are over the top friendly and helpful. A bit of friendly haggling and I got the tile for exactly half of Lowes price for the exact same tile."

"My initial impression was positive. I had a good customer service experience in the store. I bought shower wall panels. When my contractor opened the box, one of the 3 panels was clearly used. It had faucet holes and screw holes along the side. My contractor said he couldn't use it and I need a new one. I called 678 liquidation to have them ready an exchange. After I explained to the store the condition of the panel, they didn't believe me and treated me like a liar and that I did the holes. They refused to honor their 30 day exchange policy. I asked to speak with a manager and was put on hold, and the same person returned and said the manager wouldn't do the exchange. Clearly the manager was avoiding getting on the phone and speaking to me himself. So to sum up- I bought a damaged, used shower, that had been advertised as new. The store violated their own return/exchange policy by not honoring it. They are crooks"

"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They sold us a shower, and the walls had already had holes drilled out in them, and refuse to return them! Yet, they claimed to have check it. Even though I was standing right there!! It’s nothing but a bunch of low life, lying, drug heads that work there. I would highly suggest taking your money elsewhere, this poorly managed company holds no accountability!!"

"I purchased a few Halloween decorations and animatronics. Unfortunately one of the boxes (Bubbling Cauldron with Fire Green ) came with wood, plastic, and miscellaneous metal rods. They sold us a display box. We paid in cash and misplaced the receipt so we were told that we could not get an exchange. I understand these are the rules so I'm out $75. I just wish they would do product control and not just give out boxes filled with trash. Be careful when buying. Update: after being told that I could not get an exchange over the phone, I decided to come back in and see if I could talk to someone. I explained the situation and they were extremely kind. They recognized me from before and let me get an exchange. They even let me have a higher quality product for my troubles. I am extremely happy that they helped me out, even when I lost the receipt."
