"This is a business that does not fulfill their obligations! We spent an awful lot of money on lumber for a renovation and the delivery was horrendous! One load was left sitting in water and the other delivery that had to be done the next day because they didn't send the correct loader was horrible as well. They left a load resting against our roughed-in plumbing pipe and left the last load at the front of our driveway! They knew the delivery had to be at the back of our driveway and they are now ignoring my email and pictures I sent of the situation. They're refusing to correct this and now we have no where for the necessary dumpster to sit for the demolition! It's shocking how bad this company is!"

"Terrible service! I am remodeling my home and ordered new windows from 84 lumber in Douglasville Ga in mid January 2021. Was told the wait on windows was 8 to 10 weeks my order was for 12 windows. I received 8 windows in mid May, 3more in August and the last on didn’t come till October! If thats not bad enough it is almost thanksgiving and I still have not received the screens for my windows! I cant get anyone to tell me what the problem is and there is no ETA on my screens. I realize they don’t make the windows but if you cant work with your supplier to resolve a problem you have no business taking my money for an order. UPDATE: its now December 28 and they still cant seem to get my screens!"

"I hate leaving bad reviews, we dropped off plans for a materials list over a month ago. Every excuse in the book, call to get updates no return calls. Stop by talk to managers wait a few days and nothing! Called today placed on hold over 25 minutes to no avail! So very frustrating!"

"Great location! Dosent take them long to learn who you are and are very helpful and friendly. They even ordered a pallet of lumber for us that is not typically kept in stock to keep our business. They're the only place I use for lumber now."

"Do not waster your time here. We ordered materials on Thursday of last week. We went to pick up and have been waiting over 3 hours to be loaded. The are very un professional. After talking to other people, they say it is like this all the time at this location. Clearly they need better management."
