"My wife signed up for the workshop and was even sent a email reminder the day before. Then you postponed it, but did not give any type of notice. My wife packed the kids up and drove over 30 minutes one way only to find out that it was postponed. A email of that would have been nice so that people don’t gotta their way for nothing. Then you guys weren’t able to provide any aprons. That would have made it somewhat worth the trip. The first experience wasn’t pleasant. Do better!"
"I just want the say this Lowe's has excellent customer service. My husband and I went there to purchase security lights. While we we were there, we decided to look at security doors and needed help. James came to our rescue. He was so very knowledgeable and customer focused. He was able to answer ALL our questions and was also able to give us some great advice on choosing a door. Thank you James and thank you Lowes for having such dedicated employees!!"
"Incredible to walk in, be greeted, and then asked if you need help with your project today ( i should have gotten the girls name) Told her my project she GAVE ME AISLE numbers!!!! and was correct. Excellent customer service. Only complaint would be ( and my faul for not checking) but the lids to the tote./ storage bins did not match up to the containers below them, so we came back for a second trip- super easy to exchange"
"Searched high and low for a particular wood floor wax and cleaner and as a last resort checked out Lowe’s. And wouldn’t you know it that Lowe’s had it in stock, and SO many more items. Lowe’s also has discounts for veterans and special parking up front. Thanks Lowe’s for having what I need, when I needed it."
