"Isaiah and Joey were terrific! Very professional and courteous! I am giving the overall rating 4/5 stars, though, because I was surprised at how expensive it was to reset the toilet, as it took only about 20 minutes to do it. (I took my dog for a quick walk, and by the time I got back home, they were finished.) I’ve since looked at pricing for this particular service and, by comparison, $325 is very expensive. (And that’s in addition to the $60 service call, bringing the complete total to $385.) They did take a minute to look at my water/sewage line in the backyard… not a detailed examination, just a quick look to see if anything appeared out of the ordinary, which it didn’t. I am hoping that in the next couple of days, I will know if the problem is fixed. The reason I had called them out being that there has been was a very foul odor emanating from the downstairs toilet. The odor is still there, but I’m hoping that with a little time it will go away, and that resetting the toilet is what was needed. But again, the young men who came out were very nice… I am more concerned with the cost than their service."

He took the time to listen to the issue and explained the options to resolve it.
