"The company was recommended by the manufacturer, we were told this company has huge wearhouse and they can also install the product they sale. We made the long trip to the facility, we were shown different product and educated on the specific of each flooring product for our small home gym. On the day of the installation Devan the technician arrived on time with prior communication and ETA, took his time and did a superb job installing our product. The installation was precise paying attention to detail in every corner. We were communicated of any flaws at the corners by the builder but he made sure to minimize any effect to our job out come. The pictures of delivery of product as well before and after speak a 1000 word of the team member of this company. We hope, the company recognize this team member, we belive the number one asset to any company is not their product, their customer but employees who turn customers a believer of that company culture. "I went with Rubber Floors and More for the installation of interlocking tiles for a home gym and I couldn't be more pleased with both the quality of the product/installation and truly superb customer service. Allison was so unbelievably helpful and responsive from providing an accurate, cost-competitive quote, to answering questions about different product options and their pros/cons, coordinating logistics, scheduling, and more. She responded to every single email during business hours within less than an hour, and often way sooner (and there were a lot of emails). So many other vendors we worked with on our various new home improvement projects were slow to respond causing delays to the process, but not these guys. "I called to obtain information and advice. Alan was so helpful that we took the trip up the next afternoon. Another reason to not just order by internet. I thought the rolls would be best. Alas, no, the tiles were what were in order. We went to the warehouse and choose some great tiles 8mm recycled rubber +2.5mm top with the 30% blue specks. He calculated our tiles and told us how to diy the install. We could use them if needed. Well, the install was very easy. Some hard labor cutting tiles for the edges. He calculated the edges and corners with the number of tiles to the exact mm! Love the look. Love the little bouncy of the 10.5mm recycled. Easy to clean. Great for sound in unfinished basement "gym" with peloton, weights.. Thanks Alan and crew!!"
