"The Garden Center at "Home Depot" was a great experience. I found the pansies and marigolds with no problem at all. Then, when I went to ask where a couple of more items were , the clerk offered to ring me up right then. When I reminded him that I still had a few more items to get, the clerk told me "No problem, We'll get those for you" I smiled and said "Okay" So he started to ring me up. By the time the clerk finished ringing me up his two Associates were there with the remainder of my order. I was quite pleased especially after the two Associates offered to push my carts to the truck and then load it."

"My sister and I had went there to get concrete stepping stones. We waited patiently for the attendant to get to us. He was extremely polite, very helpful, very nice! He made the shopping trip much more pleasant!"

"My husband and I came by to purchase a Christmas tree and we were walking into the garden center and received extremely rude customer service from a woman named Leslie. We asked her if they had anymore trees left and she said that she did not know but they were about to close (they closed at 7pm, we were there at 6:55 and did not think they would be closing this early) to have their "Christmas party" and made it obvious that she wanted us to leave. We walked overy to the checkout counter and asked some other employees if we could just buy the tree that was on display. They were very nice and helpful, but they asked Leslie about our question and she said very loudly and rudely for us to hear "Absolutely not! They cannot purchase the ones on display!" There was a MUCH more respectful and nice way to tell us and expected much more out of Home Depot. Needless to say, we took our business elsewhere. We do love home depot and hope that this problem will be addressed!"
