"Beware if using cash: I tried to use cash at the one of two cash only self checkouts. The machine wouldn’t take my money and the woman over it told me that if the machine won’t accept it, that they can’t take it. She made it seem like I was using counterfeit money and told me to go to a bank if I would like. The bank confirmed to me that it wasn’t counterfeit. This was a pretty embarrassing experience. I told her they needed the marker to check counterfeits, and she told me they weren’t allowed."
"I've spent lots of money at HD, but will no longer go to this location. They keep lawn equipment locked up, I assume because of theft. I asked an employee to unlock a weed eater so I could purchase. He tried to walk to the front of the store to a cashier. I told him I was going to the lawn dept to purchases other items. He told me I needed to walk with him to the front to pay. It was bizarre, he didn't want to give me the weed eater. He finally handed it to me and then proceeded to follow me out to the lawn dept and waited while I loaded my other items. I have never stolen anything. It's unfortunate HD can't figure out how to get their theft problems under control, but treating honest customers like criminals is not good for business."
"Horrible management. Treatment of employees is unfair and sub-par, you guys suck. But everyone else employed are super helpful and delivers great customer service unlike management. Yuck."
"This store needs to have ApplePay. The majority of Home Depot stores do and have had it for a really long time. Being a major chain box store at the end of a major highway. This store needs to modernize its effort to serve customers."
"I shop here all the time. Very helpful and friendly staff! I always have a good buying experience there."
