Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

"Really upset with lady speaking lies I have commerical account set up and lady at sherwin Williams store not sure of her name she specifically told me by looking up into my account that I get 25% discount on my account later today in store she lied and tells me that She never told me anything like that. She tells me that it is already setup by your Rep in our system. You will have to check with him. They did honor after me producing recepit 25% off from last time i bought paint gave the credit back. However, with this kind of attitude and lies can't fool customer. OMAR STORE MANAGER WAS nice enough to explain."

"Went in to buy samples. I was the only customer but the entire staff was in a back room and ignored me. Finally one of them looked over and I said " can I buy these?" The guy literally said " were busy" I said what kind of customer service is that? He said "were discussing something, why don't you go home?" I swear I almost fell over! All the employees laughed! I called him a name and they laughed again so I threw the sa.ples on the floor and left. Not one of the emoyees did the right thing.....until I was humiliated entirely no one came up to do their job and ring me out. Abhorrent behavior and a disgrace to the owner."

"My daughter and I were in Dawsonville going to the Outlets and stopped at Sherwin Williams to see paint samples. We were pleasantly surprised to find the actual " peel and stick" samples available to purchase in almost every color we needed. The lady working there made our experience very enjoyable. She was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. Wish I had her name, she made our day."

"You cant get much better than this...Go see James and he will take care of you for sure...very knowledgeable and a great guy! You can almost always catch a sale here and it beats going to a big box as they will take a few extra minutes to ensure you are getting what you need... We have bought 100's of gallons of paint over the years and we don't go anywhere else."
