"Utilized the pickup option as I thought it would be a quick and painless process. Arrived and checked-in (receiving a successful check-in message letting me know that an associate would be on the way). My wife sat there for close to an hour before someone came out to ask what she was waiting on and said, "Oh, you weren't fully checked-in." This experience on top of visiting earlier in the day to hear radio chatter of a customer who called in and was upset on the phone. When I heard the associates radio I heard several other associates laugh and scoff and make fun of the lady. They need to be more mindful of their customer service at this location."
"I have to say that I'm giving two thumbs up and the big high five to the super friendly curly headed guy with brown hair whose name I wish I could remember, he works as the cashier in the greenhouse area and I just want to say that he is so helpful and so friendly and an absolute joy to chat with. He deserves a coffee and a big pat on the back. He's the kind of person who goes to Great lengths to make sure that everything is good with his customers."
"Loved the ability to have someone check me out instead of self check out. I recently had surgery and can not lift or twist. No, I don't want someone to shop for me, and I won't do pickup. The cashier was pleasant and accommodating."
