"The cabinets that were brought to my new build were the cheapest and poorest looking I have ever seen. At first glance I could see they weren't meant for anything better than a 10 year old mobile home. Not only were they make of MDF, a really poor material near any source of water, they were covered in cheap vinyl. The pattern of drawers were not what we requested. The two vanity storage shelved were supposed to go to the ceiling but were 9 inches short. The installation was very poor, with several of the cabinets having 6 or more screw holes because they apparently couldn't use a stud finder. When I removed the cabinets I found they were connected with deck screws, not wood screws that pull together the two pieces. Tall spacer pieces were used to fill gaps between some sections. The cabinets and island were supposed to be factory painted but were not. The island they brought was supposed to be 8 feet in length but was 9 feet and extended too far in to the dining room. We wanted to be able to paint the cabinets in the future but the outside was vinyl/pvc. They said it would be covered in a piece that could be painted but that means covering poor quality with something to hide it. I removed the cabinets from my house so some proper cabinets could be installed. I would never recommend this company to anyone that feels a kitchen should be a centerpiece of the house and you would want to see it everyday."
