"My husband and I went in to return a wood chipper that almost exploded on us, Bo was helping us and he was the worst! He was very snappy and had a really bad attitude and was not friendly at all! He even talked back to the supervisor who came up to assist and told her to jump on register vs asking for help with the line. Will not be going back due to Bo’s horrible customer service. He may need to look into another career field that doesn’t have to do with customer service since he has a bad attitude. Emma on the other hand was amazing! Very nice, friendly and sweet! Keep up the great job Emma!"

"Finally even though this is over an hour from my house its the closest one to us. Although not all their tools are the greatest it's nice to be able to buy a cheaper tool for a one time use if needed. This is brand new store and they were nice and friendly when I talked to them.. if anyone is wondering they do not have the new recently released tool roll carts at this store yet"
