"*update as of 10/18/23* The manager of the store called me to apologize about my bad experience. I did not reach out to the store at any point. So, it really impresses me that he took the time to reach out. I am updating my review from 2 to 4 stars just for that call. I will return to the store and if my experience improves then I will update to 5 stars. *** Original review: Some staff members are oddly condescending and clearly lack essential knowledge of the products. I am a local woodworker and contractor and was looking forward to having a place nearby to supply my shop. Unfortunately I will not be returning to or recommending this store to anyone in my network. The two stars are only for the wide selection of products and the one exceptionally kind older gentleman. He was 5 stars and I wish I had gotten his name before leaving. The other employee was simply, the worst."

The staff is very cooperative and will order whatever you need that is not in the store, with quick shipment. The General Finishes line includes the paint, dye, water-based and oil-based stains, as well as top coats. If you join the email club, you will receive coupons and sales alerts, making the pricing very reasonable. Ample close to the door parking Is another plus to this store. Just a note, the General Finishes line Has had a price increase - the 3rd in 5 months."
