The delivery time was fast, ordered it and received it within 7 business days. I noticed the low reviews are old. So perhaps management changed since then since this is definitely a 5 star place. "I ordered a cutting board on 12/11. Today is 2/12. No word on shipping. Have emailed three or four times. They responded until recently with apologies. Found the phone number on PayPal. Called, no answer. Went to an automated voicemail without any company name, sounds like a cell phone. Also called number here, no answer, no company identified in voice message. Not even upset that I didn’t get it by Christmas. Ridiculous now. They advertise everywhere, but obviously cannot handle the volume. Want to give benefit of the doubt, but very hard. Never write bad reviews, but this one is deserving. Shouldn’t take orders that can’t be fulfilled. Update-After disputing the purchase on my credit card, I received my order within a week after waiting over two months. 12/11 to 2/20. Called and reversed dispute, and all is well. My husband loves the cutting board. It is beautifully made. I would probably order again. Just not over the holidays."

"I ordered a customized cutting board on 12/30 fully aware of the production time stated on their site. However, it has now been 30 business days and nothing yet. The worst part is that I have emailed them and sent an inquiry using their customer contact portal (they do not list a phone number) simply requesting an update to the status of my order and have yet to receive a reply - not even the canned reply that many have been getting. I am very disappointed in their service to this point. The cutting board - if and when it arrives - might be the greatest thing ever but I will never buy from them again nor will I recommend them to any of my friends and family members because how you treat me as a person/customer matters more than the quality of the product."

"I ordered a cutting board 11/13. Needed it before 12/17, feeling reassured I ordered with plenty of time as the company states can take up to 20 days for production. After multiple non-answered emails requesting an update, and no legit customer service number, I am left wondering where my $200 went to. And, I'm left without a gift now that should have been here by now. I even added faster shipping. Pretty disappointing after reading what great service everybody has gotten. Not a happy customer at this point . Correction, Hailey Home came through and made everything right!! My order came on time and the quality is excellent. I changed my review to a 5 star. Great work!!"
