"Kind of ruins the fun of thrifting when you see an employee who fills up a cart before the store opens and then methodically checks eBay comps for each item keeping the ones that are profitable and reracking the duds. I’m all for a hustle but this one is unfair to other hustlers lol. Still some decent stuff but lots of it is assuredly being backdoored."

"Security is rude as hell and will follow you while trying to shop. I have never had this experience at a Goodwill before. This has happened to me on two different occasions at this Goodwill. Do not shop here if you like to shop in peace. It's a Goodwill not a Louis Vuitton store. If someone is stealing used items then that's on them , but some people are genuinely coming to shop and pay for the items. It's very irritating. I will not be shopping here anymore. Check your security"

"I want to thank Mr. Tyrone for being very professional on 11/29/2023. Mr. Tyrone was a great listener as my husband and I suggested a retagging structure on removed tags from the furniture section of the store by customers. This structure would keep the flow of items in and out instead of stocked in the back with no room."

"I have honestly never had a positive thrifting experience and I was able to come out with quite a bit! Everything was so clean the store was organized The quality of the items or better than I've ever seen before I was able to get some cute wooden and metal toys a toy basket and lots and lots of clothes! The staff was very helpful and friendly and the bathroom was clean! I was able to spend hours in here with very minimal dust"
