"Shame on you.....I am a faithful shopper...but I am appalled at your price gouging. You get the items free...and then have Ross prices!! I went in yesterday to look for barbie dolls...usually $1.01 then $1.69. But in 1 week ( CHRISTMAS) YOU RAISE THE PRICE TO $4.09????? We see you...( GREED) I promise we talk in the the eisle and buy less. We are there for the deals. Some of us, this is a way of life and how we dress or support our family. During the holidays, you should mark stuff down...things would fly out the door. I again say shame on you...it's the holidays...BAH HUMBUG!!!"

"I once purchased a pair of pants and returned them, as they did not fit. I was advised I'd receive in store credit since the fitting rooms were not available. I returned with the pair and receipt. The manager pointed out that my receipt said a red tag pants and not the orange tagged pair in my hand. Im not sure what the deal is on Goodwill's end, but either a cashier missed that pair or their system was off and mis-recorded the tag color of my purchase. Disappointing customer service"

"This has been the better Goodwill store that I've been to. I've never been to a goodwill location where I've actually observed them cleaning up. This location they do! The clothes are neatly organized and they have a very solid selection of clothing and shoes. I cannot believe I found rattan chairs on the sales floor. If I wasn't traveling to Texas and had a bigger vehicle with space, I would have snagged those chairs up. I found some really nice winter shoes that were in good condition that were actually in my size, 9. That's another thing, most Goodwill's you cannot even find your size without rummaging through the shoe selection that is unorganized and filthy, but at this location, the shoes were being organized by a staff member. The home decor and purse selection was lacking big time. I am very impressed by how clean this store is and how kind the staff was. I did think it was strange to have security officer at the front of the store as I've never experienced that at any Texas Goodwill before, but I wasn't too familiar with the Piedmont location so may be it is needed. If I'm ever in ATL again, I'll be visiting this location!"

"Store Is pretty stocked! Found an amazing bike for my toddler but oh my god the cashier was very rude. I've never experienced this in Any goodwill. Wanted to check balance on a gift card and wanted to use it she got desperate that i did not know how to use it and her Tone AND the way she said things was awful. Never coming back"

"Got some good office supplies and clothes for pretty cheap! The housewares/office supplies here were mostly reasonably priced, but there were some exceptions that made me think the labels had been misprinted because the prices were so high! I had a cashier who was pretty relentlessly chatty about one of the items I bought. They were perfectly friendly, but I felt really uncomfortable and they just kept trying to talk about the item. I probably won’t be coming back to this Goodwill anytime soon. Some people, like me, don’t want to be talked to."
