Macy's

"I and my wife were shopping for Christmas gifts at Macy’s Cumberland Mall. My wife found a black puffy jacket in the men’s section that she thought I would like because it was Polo by Ralph Lauren, which I did but even on sale it was a bit much but she purchased it anyway and a matching hat and scarf set. When Christmas finally arrived,I unwrapped the gifts. To my surprise tucked underneath the hat and scarf set was the alarm button. How did the cashier forget that? And how did we get out of the store without the alarm sounding? Well I still have it and haven’t returned it due to illness from us both. Also the jacket I discovered had tiny little white specs here and there on the jacket. What I found was not specs when I tried to remove them but tiny little holes where the feathers in the jacket were coming out. After further examination they were all over the jacket. Well, we are better now and back at work, I’m assuming that it’s too late to exchange the jacket but maybe they can take the alarm button off the hat and scarf set. A real disappointment."

"I needed lingerie. Macy's was the perfect place to shop on New Years Day. The prices were 60 percent off. I paid $17 per lingerie. White and red colors. The line was long and slow. There is only one checkout cashier on the second floor, which includes women lingerie, bedding, and children. There is also the furniture department on the second floor. It is easier to park in the back. It is easier to find parking close to the door back there."

"I feel like Macy's overa has changed up the clothes they sell to appeal to a more older demographic. With that being said there wasn't much here that I could find as it has been with all others lately."

"So I went to Macy's with my fiance and I wanted to surprise him with a new cologne and was greeted by two of the most nicest ladies I could ever meet. Loren and Rema. The store was 20 mins before closing and they took their time as if they were at the start of their shifts. They were patient and thorough explaining all the colognes, pricing and their personal recommendations. After making my selection, we ran into a snag with our Macy's card trying to check out, which was an internal issue. We found a resolution, so I could carry on with my surprise purchase, but none the less the level of customer service I received from them was nothing less than amazing!! I wish every department had them there too LOL!! Great job ladies!!! GIVE THEM RAISES!"

"Some of the nicest sales associates anywhere work at this store! They have really enhanced the shoe department and the formal dress department is a dream, clean, easy to find the dresses by color and brand. I won't shop anywhere else for formal dresses, so well maintained."
