"Started out chatting with Allen online, as always, the staff at Divers Supply is exceptional in their service. Was helping a good friend's wife pick out a new wetsuits for her husband. Allen promptly answered all my questions. To order, gave Allen a call. Very helpful and professional. The wetsuit is on it's way. There is no better dive store or staff to work with than what you will find at Divers Supply!"
"Colton and the team have been great. I have been ordering my first set of dive gear and have had lots of questions. They answered all my questions and helped me. I will continue to be a customer because of the great customer service."
"Fast service from door to door. I had a problem with one of the products I purchased, and Tammie in Customer Service was beyond helpful in getting resolved to my satisfaction. I really appreciated her help. I feel confident shopping with Divers Supply in the future."
"Jerry was super helpful at answering my questions. I'm was shopping for a dive computer and was very knowledgeable of the options and provided additional details and suggestions beyond my original questions."
"Utterly incompetent staff. I ordered a scuba package online and when I received it my BCD was a different color from what I ordered, which isn't a big deal and I was willing to live with it. However, what is a big deal, I had ordered a Yoke style valve but received a DIN. I called right away and spoke to Jerry, who also happened to be the technician who put my order together. He said he made a mistake and would send out the correct parts "immediately". A small caveat to that, I had to drive to the UPS store and send off the incorrect parts, but was assured because Jerry made the mistake that he would send out the new parts before receiving the returned parts. Two days passed without receiving a new tracking number or communication of any sort, so I called again and learned they would not be able to send out the replacement parts until the following day. The gal on the phone attempted to blame the manufacturer (Aqua Lung) for the problems, but could not legitimately explain how my order was signed off by the technician who physically assembled it and then visually inspected by an additional technician. Do you mean to tell me your staff cannot recognize the difference between a DIN and a Yoke, or blue versus gray? It boils down to incompetence. Own and fix your mistakes, don't deflect the blame elsewhere. I returned the entire package and will be purchasing elsewhere."
