"Super friendly man working up front when I stopped by looking for ideas to do holiday decorations with a Chinese theme. Unfortunately for me, they primarily carry goods for Japanese restaurants but I wandered through anyway. They have a lot of cake decorating supplies and kitchen prep tools that anyone can use. I can't speak to prices since I'm not in food service. They are open to the public. They prefer cash for individuals who spend less than $20."

"I purchased several bakery items totaling over $90. Once I left the store I noticed one of the square cake pans was dented. I called the very next day and I was told I could exchange it. I tried to exchange the damage cake pan and the owner was very rude and nasty. He aggressively yelled in my face and called me a thief. He threatened to call the police on me and threw the metal cake pan at me twice. I will never shop at this establishment again."
