JSI Cabinetry

"Dealing with JSI in the beginning was a decent experience, but that has since gone down hill. Orders are not ready when we are told they will be ready. When we showed up to pick a recent order up we waited upwards of 2 hours for them to get one cabinet ready while staff played on phones. There is no one to pick up a phone when you call. When you are not put through the first time you are directed to leave a message that will not be returned. Instead, you are forced to call again and again to get someone on the phone. Those who answer the phones sound like they do not want to be there and do as little as they can to get you off of the phone. I have been emailing back and forth with Mrs. Lebre, the Administrative Assistant, on a few jobs but she has simply just started to ignore me and my emails offering no help to solve a situation they have helped cause on multiple orders. Adam our rep is as nice as can be and has helped on many occasions but seems to be very unfortunately underpowered in what he is able to help us with due to JSI limiting his reach as a rep. We have what we need for now to complete one of our jobs due to Mr. Adam but I do not think I would be able to recommend JSI or their subsidiary Avance Cabinetry to my customers due to the lack of customer service, timely updates on orders and the feeling of lack of urgency to help maintain a business relationship."

"We ordered samples online and one of the "shipping" options is pick up at the local warehouse. I assumed the confirmation page would say where that was or when I could go, but it doesn't. I used Chat to get an address, and called three times before heading out, but didn't get the actual warehouse or showroom -- just their Mass call center, who couldn't confirm anything. When we arrived at 4:35pm on a Friday (they are not open Saturday) we were told we couldn't come in because they closed at 4. Google says 5. One guy was nice and tried to let us in but the other person was rude and uncooperative. Definitely some gaps in customer service so far."

"I ordered cabinets for a house Flip and was skeptical ordering online, but my order was received early and my cabinets were packaged very well. They were of excellent quality and we are very happy with the price and overall purchase."

"I have been a customer for a little over 4 months. I appreciate that companies/suppliers get very busy at times. I also understand that there are a lot of "customers" that demand to be treated with special care. My experience so far has not been one that I have enjoyed. There seems to be an air of annoyance with my elementary requests and a lack of concern with the true nature of the cabinet business in regard to end customer satisfaction. While business volume consumes us all from time to time, disregard for the unreasonable end customer, from whom final payment comes, seems to be brushed aside by process. Maybe I'm paying for the unreasonable contractors that demand immediate attention always, but it has cost me all the same."
