"Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered online for same day delivery and it’s been nothing but a run around all day. I contacted chat twice, called this Sam’s club and they told me my order was placed at a different location, called that location and they said my order wasn't placed there either, only to call customer service and they then tell me that my order was indeed placed at this location. This has literally been several hours and currently there still is no solution."
"The Pharmacy at Sam's on Clairmont Road is Incredible. Scott the Pharmacist and Megan, the Pharmacist Assistant along with other Staff Personnel are Excellent in ever way possible. They, pointing out Scott and Megan again are such a team together. Whenever I contact them, either by phone or in person, they always have well researched answers to my questions. My wife and I cannot Thank Them Enough. Our hope is they never this Sam's. Thank you for having such an great Pharmacy Staff at the Clairmont Road Sams."
"Walk in, there’s zero carts. I ask the lady checking memberships and she’s like the guy is out getting them now “it’d be quicker to get your own” ummm no, that’s not my job. I guess I won’t shop around. So I go to the food area they have a young girl working the entire area by herself and of course they’re out of just about everything. If I could rate zero stars I would."
"The staff at this location are amazing. I returned a 70 in tv. They took great care of me and my father. This was an early Christmas gift I thought was ruined. They personally went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I disliked coming to Sam’s because of the policies, but this store restored my faith and I will definitely be returning."
"Store had wrong price on sign and would not honor the price. Manager stated it was for a different model but they didn’t have any left. When I pressed the issue they dug a used return one from somewhere in the bowls of the store with a tore up box and missing seal."
