"I worked with Duane Godbee at the Marietta location. He is exceptional at his job and friendly. I came needing cabinets for my kitchen, laundry room and two bathroom vanities. Duane quickly designed each room and I had my estimate. I came back the following week with changes and he gladly made them. I called by phone with changes and he again updated my design. Duane worked with me until I was happy with my cabinets and the price. If I ever need cabinets again, I’ll be coming back to Cabo to Go and Duane."
"I had the opportunity to work with both Steve and Lisa in store 401 and they both were extremely helpful and patient with someone that doesn't know the first thing about cabinets and kitchen design. Lisa even went as far as to describe to me the difference between granite and quartz and how they are created. I left the store with some quality cabinets and great information!"
"The cabinets are nice and decent quality, that’s where my positive experience ends. The customer service we received was awful. Our installation was scheduled for 10/25-10/27, two cabinets arrived damaged and replacements were supposed to be ordered. Because our coordinator Steve was on vacation, the other employees in the Marietta store continuously dropped the ball on the order, despite us calling multiple times to ensure the order was submitted. It took 3 weeks and Steve finally returning to work to submit the order. Whenever we called we received “we’re busy with other customers and can’t help you now” or “you’re Steve’s customer and I’m unable to help you.” Needless to say this delayed other projects in the kitchen that were dependent on the cabinets. I contacted customer service for a resolution and they have yet to provide anything that a customer dependent business would normally do. Furthermore, when the replacement cabinets finally came to the store, whoever loaded our installers truck didn’t verify the product and gave him the wrong order, which he found out after driving almost an hour to our home. The last conversation we had with Steve he was not helpful and very unprofessional by threatening to cancel our countertop order. Our kitchen was finally completed 12/13, 1.5mth later than expected. As I stated, the cabinets are nice but you can go elsewhere for the same or better quality and better customer service. I’ve never had such an unpleasant experience in my life, especially for the amount of money spent with Cabinets to Go."

"Our experience started off really good. We were able to make a convenient appointment and come in to speak with a designer. He worked with us over the course of a few weeks to get the prefect design and price point. That's where the positive experience ended. Our cabinets arrived on time and we moved forward with install. As our installer worked on our kitchen he discovered we were missing the entire island (5 cabinets plus all the trim work) as well as a number of shelves for the rest of the cabinets. All they could do was re-order as they had no idea where the missing cabinets were. This added a six week delay. Cabinets finally arrive and one is wrong. This adds another 5 weeks. Replacement cabinet arrives and wrong again (they sent the exact same wrong cabinet again. Tack on another 5 weeks. The company doesn't care and they make it clear. Customer service yelled at me and told me they are not in the business of providing compensation for their mistakes. They dont care how much of a delay they cause. The store manager is useless - he spoke to us 1 time saying he was getting on top of this and then ghosted us - he would answer calls or return calls. We were able to track down the factory that builds the cabinets to get information on our missing cabinet (btw - the factory makes just about every major brand so save yourself the hassle and just go elsewhere to order). Overall we got nothing for their repeated mistakes except the hassle of an unfinished kitchen for 3 months. I recommend paying by credit card. As soon as we disputed the charge for the unfinished job, everyone suddenly took interest and wanted to help."
