"Manager of 15yrs here. I’ve never rated a dollar general. This is more to let you know that the new girl you hired is doing a WONDERFUL job getting that store back to looking good. The difference in only a weeks time is crazy! I’ve been coming to this location for a few years and this is the best I’ve ever seen it look. I wish I would’ve gotten the lady’s name because she definitely deserves some recognition and probably a raise. I’m very impressed! I hope everyone is able to help her maintain it!"

"I use the Dollar General app on Sat as we all know 5 off coupon when you spend 25 dollars or more I put in my phone number this store did not take the 5 off I asked the cashier they said I was supposed to show a physical coupon I will not be shopping at this store on Sat anymore I never have these issues with the one by my house"

"Came in tonight 30 mins before closing and door was locked with lights on. I figured something had happened but after reading all the reviews I see they close the doors at the most random time and for no reason at all. Management needs to step it up and hire new people who actually want to work! This is unbelievable"

"Showed up at 7:19 to get some drinks for dinner. Door locked and lights on so tried to call, phone was dead. How do you say you dont want to work without saying it… id recommend finding a new employee because you are losing potential profit, even if it is a couple dollars here or a couple there. I know family dollar doesnt do that because we would be fired for closing the doors during business hours, well what ever they are because they arent written either."

"I read all the previous reviews. I went there for the first time a couple days ago. I’m a senior with difficulty walking and getting around. I’m from Texas and just here visiting. Jade was a wonderful sweet lady that was very kind to me when I asked for help. I’m sorry I neglected to ask the young man what his name was but after he checked me out he opened the door for me. After getting outside I observed a man that appeared either high or drunk standing near my car. I asked the young man if he would watch me get into my car safely and he agreed. I was extremely pleased with the service and kindness of both these employees. Thank you both. Bless you"
