"I love shopping at the Office Max on Hwy. 92 in Woodstock. They provide an ink cartridge recycling program which I utilize. They also have great store employees. Most of the time an employee will walk with me to get an item or if they are very busy they will tell me which aisle and which side of the aisle the item can be found."

"I enjoy shopping at this OfficeMax mostly for one off or specialty items that I can't find anywhere else. The store is very clean and well organized, with a large, diverse inventory. A couple of months ago I purchased a comfy (but squeaky), already assembled office chair on sale at a reduced price and a higher end surge protector. And recently when I needed multiple documents scanned into a single PDF file, the associate was pleasant, accommodating, and efficient. The only downside - and the reason for four stars - is that I find the prices of many non-sale items to be excessive."

"I tried ordering baby shower games to be printed here. I placed the order online and was given a pick up date with tracking on the order. The day I was supposed to be able to pick up the order, it was still showing as “processing” on the website. A family member tried to stop in the store to pick up for me and a extremely rude man told her he didn’t know when the order would be ready, he told her “could be today, could be tomorrow, could be a few days from now”. She tried to tell them we needed them for the following day but he just walked away. I tried calling the store several times and was left on hold for over 10 minutes. On my third attempt calling the store, a man answered the phone and I stated I was supposed to have an order ready for pick up today. Without asking my name or order number, the man told me the same thing, he didn’t know when the order would be ready then hung up the phone. We gave them a few more hours, trying to be reasonable, then finally called towards the end of the day. Finally a nice woman answered the phone and told me my order hasn’t even started printing, I then cancelled the order and she apologized several times but the whole experience was terrible. Would not recommend!!!! I was able to walk into UPS the next day and get everything printed and cut in a matter of 20 minutes. If you need quick, quality printing with friendly service, don’t go here, head over to your local UPS!! Much nicer and way cheaper"
