"Update! I had a screen replacement. The tech was a nice guy, I was upsold, which was acceptable. He had me check my cameras, and if my phone could cord charge, which all worked. I went home to wirelessly, charge my phone, and it didn't work! I did this to keep my phone and not get a "new" one. This place is an hour from my home so going back is not something I want to do."
