"If I could give zero stars, I would...the customer service by the manager on 12/22/23 was absolutely terrible. I bought 5 gift cards from this store as holiday gifts. Come to find out that 2/5 cards were already used before I even gifted the gift card. I saved my receipt from my purchase that day along with the 3 gift cards not given yet and one of the cards that had already been cleared of money. The manager was very rude and was unhelpful with this situation. I am very disappointed in this customer service experience, as I have always shopped at Publix and have had pleasant experiences."

"Ordered a sub platter for 25 people from the deli 4 days in advance of when we needed it. 2 hours before our scheduled pick-up time, the deli calls and says they are out of bread and gave us 2 options: #1 use only white, 6 inch hoagie rolls or #2 wait 2 hours for them to make the bread, plus another hour to prepare the platter. When we finally picked up the order, they looked an absolute mess, the order was incorrect, and they were soggy. Not worth the money we spent and not what we expected from ordering some pub subs."

"If you order a sandwich via app, DO NOT expect it to be made at the scheduled time. Last two times I've tried, I arrive after the stated ready-time (which is typically 30+minutes), checking the pickup order shelf, then upon asking the deli staff about the order, they exhibit a state of confusion, and "suddenly discover" the ticket has been printed and waiting at the printer, ignored, untouched. Apparently the ticket printing is their only prompt that an order has come in. So until they become adequate with their process, or get a new/effective method for becoming informed of an online order, YOU should call them after you submit it, and tell them to check their printer, and make your order. Since they suck."
