"Prime location ( right next to LA Fitness) and yet they have horrible customer service. Walked in to buy more pre-workout mix and the guy didn’t get up, or greet me at all. Saw me looking at the different pre-workout mixes and didn’t ask if I had any questions. Just watched me as if I was going to steal something. I am completely out but I would rather drive to GNC then purchase anything from here."

"I walked in looking to get a sample of pre workout or even buy a scoop or two from a sample jar that he would have but they didn’t. The OWNER didn’t even get up of his chair to greet me and he was too cool for school. But he did play in the NFL so I will def be back again some time never."

"They think they know everything. They're nice to an extent but once you deny their suggestions, they get rude very quickly. I rather take my business online and wait versus support this store."

"I was at Extreme Nutrition and asked the "store manager" if I could speak with one of the owners. I have met them both in the past and they seemed like nice guys. The "store manager" said no, that they were very busy people and he doubted that they would have time to speak to me. I asked if I could leave my contact information and he said no. As a business owner, if someone wanted to speak with me I'd at least want to know what it was about. I have never seen a larger lack of customer service or manners in general."

"This place is AWESOME! Every time i go in, i always get exactly what i want. The staff is great and they are always wiling to answer any questions i may have about a product. This place puts GNC to shame. It is definately a plus when the people that work there actually KNOW what they are talking about. GNC has nothing on these guys. Keep up the good work and keep it XTREME!!!"
