"Amazing customer service! My husband bought a few items and we got home to find one item was damaged. We had absolutely no issue getting things fixed up. James the General Manager is a consummate professional (and friendly too). He knows his stuff and really listens to his customers needs. What's nice is he doesn't try to sell beyond what you come in for. It never felt like an up sell. Overall, a great experience. We will be back I'm certain to buy from James again."
