"Maya was extremely rude to me. The only day I have off to finish a project and the tool I purchased from them broke. I drove 30 minutes and rushed into the store to make it there before they close. I get there at 5:55. I just need to buy a new one. In and out. Literally a 2 minute trip. Maya locked the door behind me at 5:56. She stood 20 feet away from me the entire time. Every 30 seconds she reminded me they are going to close soon. Super unprofessional. Ive worked retail too and have never rushed a customer out BEFORE the store closed. Not even after."
"Bought welder in 2020, titanium mig 140 model. $500. Used it 7 times exactly. Tried using it over the weekend and something popped inside it and it started to smell bad. Had bought the extended warranty. But it’s expired. They REFUSE to stand behind their product and swap it out for a new one. Which I understand. Just be advised. $500 welders only can be used about 7x."
