"I usually don’t give people bad reviews but this experience was truly a nightmare. I graduated from college this week and needed tshirts made. The day before I was set to pick them up the owner texted me at 11 something at night saying the machine had malfunctioned. However she was refunding me the money for my shirts so that I could find someone else. Well she insisted on being paid through PayPal and PayPal said it would take up to 30 days for me to get my refund! After I asked her and she told me 1 to 2 days, how do you use a platform and not know their refund policy. Needless to say I had no shirts for my fam and friends."
