"Let me put it like this … I ask this young lady can she measure my baby feet… and she measure from standing up and looking while his foot was in the foot measure.. so I said ok.. I ask what sizes, she responded and said a 10 c ….so my 2 year old toddler is a10c so I had to get the shoes ordered online. so they can come to my house and when they came he couldn’t fit them they was too damn big ! The staff needs to do better when helping customers.. they to worry about making a damn sale"

"Wait in line 20 minutes to purchase your shoes and to get your VA military discount only to be told that they can't give it to you even if you have a proper ID so you leave and go to DTLR get the same pair of shoes and show ID for military discount and walked right out happy if you going to get a military discount give them if you have the proper ID what's the problem"
