"I purchased a washer and dryer here back in 2021 and the service was amazing. Even though it was in the midst of the pandemic and supply was very low, they went above and beyond to get me the appliances I was looking for. It's been a few years now and we are moving out of state. I thought I had the transfer bolts for the washer, but couldn't find them anywhere. With two days until the moving truck coming to load up, I was frantic. None of the local hardware stores carry them in store and there's not enough time for delivery. As a hail mary I went and stopped by Mays Munroe showroom. While they didn't have any compatible transfer bolts in the warehouse, they went above and beyond and pulled some from a floor model for me, free of charge. I can't recommend them enough. They didn't have to go to that extra effort for a customer that is moving out of state, but they did and I can't thank them enough."

"We purchased a gas range, a microwave, a refrigerator and a dishwasher from the store. We have been dissatisfied from the moment the items were installed. They are LG and honestly very poor quality. I could not reach Mays Monroe on the phone and had to drive there just to try to get a service appointment. The LG technician came out as well as a Mays Monroe technician and my microwave is still not repaired and operating as the owners manual says it should. I’m told that’s the best they can do. I know many people are happy with the store but my experience has been anything but good."
