"I recently purchased a set of Brooklyn (by LANE) bedroom furniture, a dresser with mirror, a chest of five drawers, and a night table at a quite reasonable price (discount) since they were on sale. I’m actually satisfied with the transaction because although the items are not perfect, they are well designed/built and they are good looking, sturdy, and durable. What I’m pleased the most, is by the attitude and treatment by the sale persons and employees. They are all courteous, relaxed, informative and knowledgeable. I got a box with a broken mirror but they immediately replaced it the next day with no problem or questions. And here I must mention the name of the store manager: Jonathan Chery. I’m decidedly impressed by his courtesy, enthusiasm, positivism, eloquence, and disposition to help and satisfy his customers. This young gentleman has a deep knowledge of the furniture business and knows every detail about the American Freight vast inventory. I also saw he has and excellent rapport from his personnel too.
