"I was disappointed that they couldn't solve my issue. I repeatedly told the tech I needed to be at work at a certain time and they said no problem. I will have you up and running shortly, well before your deadline but, as the time got closer she was catching a attitude trying to make everything my fault before she finally said I give up."

"Poor customer service. Called 3 times after I made 2 purchases. Said orders would be ready in approx 1 hr. Waited 12 hrs NOTHING! Called a 4x Customer agent “Andrew” said since my order was purchased with PayPal send daughter into store to locate items & take them to pickup station. They stated they would have to cancel the orders & pick up in store. So my daughter walked out empty handed. Call the store & get voice mail for a return. Hasn’t happened!!! Called again the next day still waiting for order to be filled!!!!!! VERY UPSET"
