"came here to buy christmas decor and will never be returning. The cashier refused to wrap my glass items even after I asked her several times if she could wrap them so they don’t break or crack. The manager saw this whole thing happen and he responded with rude remarks towards us instead of helping out."

"I was Sold a wooden table with a bug infestation from the Norcross location. I didnt Notice it right away and lost the receipt and tags. I noticed Later that there were tiny holes showing up in the wood and wood shavings were on the floor. No way to get rid of the bugs. I tried To return to this location and they denied me even though they had the exact same table in the store. I left the table there because I didn’t want to risk anything else of mine being infested! The return policy says they will give store credit with no receipt but the manager on duty said they needed the tag (not in policy). He was no help at all. Just thought everyone should be warned about wood products possibly having an infestation! Horrible experience."
