"Great customer service NOT TODAY Lost my order for two weeks after acknowledging they had received it. I call in told there was no order. Emailed them my return email from them saying that they were working on it. Told them to find out what is happening and call me back. After two hours no call. I call them to find out whats up only to be told my order is in the box only received today. Ask to speak to someone else and he gets on the phone and says yes he is the one I spoke with this morning. I told it was this afternoon and he never called me back. He then tells me I am a jerk bexause I am upset, I don’t buy anything from them and he is canceling the order. Wow greaat company."
