However, they were able to get a technician out to me. He did a fantastic job - also repaired my dryer which was not on my original request. He explained everything and prices were in line with what I expected to pay. Highly recommend!"

"Had an appointment scheduled between 2:00-5:00pm. Tech arrived about 4:30. He was polite, and assessed our 1 piece stack W/D unit. His conclusion was that the whole unit wiring harness that spans from top to bottom needed to be replaced - guessed it would cost in excess of over $500 for that harness and labor & suggesed for that price we should scrap the machine and just purchase a new one to replace it - but he would get us a quote for the wiring the following day since the office was already closed. We waited a week - no quote or follow up from the office. We started looking for new machines. Made the decision that cost wise it made more sense. Purchased a whole new unit - brought it home and it did not work either. Called an electrician to troubleshoot and discovered it was simply the outlet. Replaced the wall outlet in about 10 min and BOTH machines work perfectly. Was NOT the wiring - and now we are out the cost of the other machine as well as the dispatch fee paid to the technician."
