"Nathan sold me a refurbished washing machine that broke down within three weeks. He said he would replace it, but he never did. After I bought a replacement washer elsewhere, he promised to send a refund, but he never did. I have sent him numerous texts, but he stopped responding weeks ago. He was a nice man and I don't think he set out to rip me off, but he did. The warranty was worthless. Buyer beware."

"I bought a refurbished washer and dryer pair from Nathan Appliance in July of 2019. He sold it with a 90 day warranty. First, when he arrived to deliver the appliances, he arrived without help and without the appropriate tools to bring them up our stairs. My choices were to help him or have the appliances left in our living room for a few days until he happened to be back in the area with help. Obviously, I helped him up the stairs. Second, the washer has had a persistent leak. The first time, I called him three times and texted him twice over the course of about a week before he bothered to return my call. He came and fixed the issue. The leak started again shortly after the fix and the drain cycle has stopped automatically starting. I have called him and texted to come and repair it for the last 30 days or so with no response. My next step will be small claims court if he does not rectify the situation in the next 3 days"
