"BEWARE ‼️of these people. BEWARE BEWARE‼️‼️Honestly if I could give zero stars I would. My husband & I purchased a washer and dryer from these scammers back in September/ October of last 2022. By January the following year the washer started to make some strange noise. We called them and 2 days later they came to check on it. We were told that the engine was bad and needed to be replaced so as a result, they would give us a temporary used washer in the meantime while we wait for our new washer to be fixed. The year is about to end and we are still here waiting on our washer. Every time we call we are told that it is still being fixed. 8 months!!! Finally a few days ago we called and the manager straight up lied and said that the used washer they had given to us was brand new. Maybi also add that we have never once been late on a payment. We make sure that their payments go through every Saturday. We are almost done paying off the machine and by the looks of it we will not be getting our new washer. Basically we are paying the price of a new washer whilst using an old washer. My biggest mistake was not taking a photo the day they dropped it off. The big tall dark skin man (don’t remember his name) who dropped it off even informed us that it was a used washer and would only be using it for a few weeks. This was my 1st purchase from rent-a-center & it Will certainly be my last. Please take my advice and DO NOT BUY FROM THEM‼️‼️"
