"THEY DESERVE NO STARS The Worse attitudes I've ever Seen AT A store .They Will try to charge your card without ya permission. mangers And GM Two female manger and Dell All they call need to be listened to He need training as well as I guess His two lil Girl friends .I'm Tell Yall this It's A Button I Turn It off N On It will come on when I approve the payment Until then Tooooooot Bedroom suite they promised me everything new Bedroom Got roaches coming out causing them to have to bring me another one Brand New for 71 a month Because she lied told me the set was new wrote it up as New and just snatched out of a roach shoe These people are the worse now I'm fighting roaches daily Living room set also had to be returned 3 times they kept trying then finally brought a new Living room suite but it was not the one I wanted original and they are lieing about a Lifetime warranty All gimmies"
"I must say that everyone was very professional, very kind and attentive. The store was very clean and the manager went over and beyond to make sure that my furniture was delivered on the day requested. The delivery guys were very respectful and handled the furniture with care. Thank you very much Yvonne, the store manager and the rest of the crew!"
"Although the electronics and appliances are top quality, certain employees customer service is poor in quality. I had an issue which caused me to miss 1 month payment and the guy provided me an extension to the following month, however, the next month I was unable to honor my arrangement. I informed them they can pick up the merchandise on Monday and to have my landlord to let them in because I was at work, I returned from work the merchandise was still in my place. I didn't hear back from the store till Thursday afternoon while at work and was attempting to explain to the female representative known on my caller ID as CHOCOLATE was attempting to tell her how she can enter my apartment while at work, she hung up. She lacks customer service skills and I'm glad I no longer have to deal with such a ratchet person. My advice is too keep current to avoid unnecessary unprofessionalism."
"Im currently renting a bedroom suit and dining room set. I am not happy how the bed was set up. The peices don't match, all the screws arent in place and there are screws and wooden slats are missing. Well the bedframe broke from not being properly put together and I called first thing Saturday morning to get an appointment for service. I was told the person was busy helping another customer and they would call back. I waited 4 hours and never got a call back then I called and spoke to a gentleman who scheduled me for service repair for today MONDAY, MARCH 4th 2018 between 4-6. I told him I needed a new bedrail that was all, he said ok no problem. Ok cool so I thought! This morning I get a missed call, no messeage left from the store. I called back and the guy says he was calling to schedule my service appointment. I told him I was already scheduled. He said I wasn't on the list and I said how when I got a time and date for service. He says ok we will come out 4-7pm today..i say ok and stayed home from work to let them in to fix the bed. 5:58 pm I call the store again and the guy says we are coming..you will be taken care of even after 7 well here it is 8:19pm on 03/04/2018 and they never came!! I don't play when it comes to my money and signing contracts. I only came here because my friend referred me and they were a former Customer who completed their contract and was renting again. I'm going to reread my contract but at this time I need to be compensated for employee setup error, injury to my face and failure to honor Aaron's side of the contract. I haven't been able to sleep on the bed since Saturday but I'm still paying for it. I am beyond livid and I'm feeling like i got hoodwinked. I'm considering on cancelling and returning everything because I am not confident in this store or in the inventory. If I was late on a payment I bet they would be on time to beat my door down for the money. The same enthusiasm should be applied when there is something broken. Now I have to endure another night on the floor and nit on the bed I'm paying for."
