"If someone gives a good review, they are a plug. Believe that. The one person w all the good photos...look what time it is...its like 7 am on a Sunday morning. No wonder it looks so nice and inviting. Don't fall for it. Bottom of my list of home depots. I will drive out of my way, within reason, to avoid this store at all costs. Employees act like they are burdened to help you when you ask for assistance (with the exception of everyone I have dealt with in the plumbing department. They're on point). The lackadaisical attitude of the people checking me out at the "pro" checkout is discouraging at best. Somebody needs to be a secret observer and see what's really going on here. Sales might be good because of location only. Don't let that fool you corporate. This place needs an incognito visit, not the kind where they know someone is coming to the store from corporate. Seriously. Do that and you'll see what it's like on a daily basis, not what it's like when they know you're coming. In this area, I choose Lowe's"

"I've never had a good experience at this Home Depot so when I realized a recent online purchase was shipped from this location I wasn't surprised when it was shipped in the condition it was.. Intended as a Christmas gift, Home Depot shipped the display model, as is, with no regard to the condition it was in. Dusty, rusted, and loose - a complete disgrace. I canceled my HD credit card when I saw this."

"Stopped in for some lights ( had to order online) and cinnamon sticks at about 8:30 am. Why is only the self checkout opened with line of people waiting? Several employees standing around, but not willing to open up registers. Your morning customers are headed to jobs. Give better service. Customers today come back because of service not products. Needless to say, I left... I can order products from Amazon which I did."

"This is the nearest Home Depot to my house and I qualified to say it the way it is. It is simply one of the best in terms of personnel. You can have great products or a huge range of merchandises but ultimately how you treat people is more telling than anything. I can tell you that they treat you with respect and acknowledge your presence. What more can you ask for. I approached the manager without knowing he is the manager. I ask led something and literally walked me all the way to the isle of the items I was there for and showed me how I can interchange them. It was a great experience and I often shop there."
