"I got an iPhone battery replacement from the Geek Squad at this Best Buy location. My screen was not cracked prior to getting the battery replaced. They returned the phone to me with a hairline crack on the screen. They refused to accept responsibility for cracking the screen while changing out the battery. They insisted it was cracked before, but I look and use my phone every day. I know it was not cracked prior to letting them replace the battery. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere."
